Noa ACHOUCHE
Noa Achouche holds a PhD in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and is a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with IDHE.S at Université Paris Nanterre. Her research focuses on occupational inequalities, social stratification, and the intersection of gender, migration background, and social class in the labor market.
Her current work examines how organizational structures and occupational hierarchies shape, reproduce, and transform inequalities, particularly among highly skilled professionals and workers in elite positions. Focusing on high-skill professions, she investigates how gender and migration background interact with hierarchical position to shape career opportunities, access to senior positions, and earnings.
